I would like to be able to purchase it also. It was up
for sale last summer, but the price was fairly steep.
I imagine the land had a lot to do with the price.
It's on a major highway just South of town. The
university city, Stillwater ( Oklahoma State
University), is growing fairly well and land prices
are going up.
