If the rust is limited to the floor pans, the car is worth the 3 thousand, I 
hate to think of having to pay that much for a roller with rust, but that is 
what the market is dictating anymore, and the 2dr post is a desirable model.  
The car is probably not worth that much, but then it must be because you 
probably can not replace it for less (does that make any sense)
