Take what I am going to say with a grain of salt, I am working out of town 
and do not have my books to check my memory(it needs checked more and more every 
year),,,,,,,,,,your 413 was probably running between 9 and 9.5 compression 
originally, installing the latter heads will probably drop it to the 8s not good 
unless you are going to boost it some way.  Going to the better flowing heads 
will mean nothng with this kind of compression.  Not sure what you final goal 
is , but the stock 413 brought back to orignal specs, throw in a mild cam, a 
new carb, and you will have more than enough power to get you into trouble.
