318 poly tuning/timing

Hi all. Anybody know the idle rpm spec for a 1965 poly 318 with automatic tranny? I have looked all through my manual and queried it on  the internet but can't seem to find it.

     My manual says timing for the automatic should be at 10 BTDC. Is that with  vacuum advance   hose disconnected and plugged?
