I have used VFN parts on my race car. They are OK for that application, where fit and finish are second to lightweight. I personally would not use their parts on my street ride.

I need a reference.

I have already returned the hood scoop I purchased from Year One.  The  
fit gave me a fit.

Anyway,  can someone recommend a supplier for a high quality, properly  
fitting Max Wedge Hood sccop?
