But also saw this on their website indicating they were sold:

"Scarebird was started in 2013 to provide disc brake solutions for hot rodders when they could no longer find good service parts for the original drum brakes on their cars. After 10 years of adding kits and supporting the classic / antique car hobby, Scarebird was sold to John P. in July 2023.
John also owns USCT Motorsports and has moved the Scarebird operation to Graham NC where we manufacture all the products in-house on our CNC equipment."

But their last web update was August 2023.
