Who have you tried so far? Joe Suchy maybe? Tony's Parts maybe?

Neither of those, but will.

I was able to get the nylon side molding clips from Tom at R/T Specialties, which are working fine, but nothing on these "spider" clips.  

I tried Bill at Special-T, and nothing there.  (Not nothing...  I did get an NOS pair of the front fender medallions!  Nothing on clips.)
