Its unlikely he meant to send it.  Far more likely that he uses
outlook or another email program that just stripped your email address
from his addressbook or inbox and sent it out using his reply address.
 Regardless, he's infected with the virus so should get it taken care
of.  UNLESS it spoofed his address and yours from a posting, etc.
