A friend just sent me to E-Bay #7953528040 for brackets to mount on 8 
3/4" Rear end. They tell you what to use to switch to rear disc. 11 
11/16" Chrysler Rotors, Trans Am rear Calipers & Caprice Front hoses. I 
am going to do this to my 63 Polara 500. Should get me stopped w/Cordova 
Front 12".  Just should help a lot of  folks w/ Mopars 62-65
