My trans '64 727PB auto will be done in the AM. I had it rebuilt and a transgo shift kit installed. It cost me $459 total. I talked with Dynamic today and I believe I will get the 9&1/2" 2800-3000 stall speed converter that they recommend for my package for about $750 total. That"s a 19 spline. (What does my '64 4 door Polara weigh? I told them I thought about 3700lbs.) I could get an 11" converter with2600 stall for $300 less but they say it would slip more. The 9&1/2" will lock up at cruising and the 11" won't. It seems like a better long term approach to get the 9&1/2".

I have dual quads, hot street cam, electronic ignition and will get headers and 3:91's.

Let me know your thoughts.
