Peter,
You must run the short Autolite plug designed for the Poly engine; all the 
LA plugs are too long and the piston will crush the electrode (or worse) 
upon start-up.

I know that there a lot of different Ideas on this subject. I want to
run Autolite 65 my 318 4bbl motor. Is there anything I need to know
about what plug to choose, what heat range, what brand is the best?
