Also when spraying the bolts if you have clearance it help to hit the bolt with a hammer as to set up a vibration. This help pull the fluid in and also seem to break gunk loose. Come out much easier.

As far as the bolts, I soaked mine liberally with penetrating oil and
let them soak for ten minutes.  Then barely break them loose, and spray
them again for ten minutes.  Half a turn, then spray and let sit again.
You will know when they come loose enough to crank all the way out.
Now, some were stiff and creaky all the way, and I kept going half a
turn and spray.  This was time consuming, but I didn't strip or break
any of them this way.  They were so rusty, I had to use four different
size sockets!
