Yeah, they are reusable to an extent. But they aren't rubber ones like out of Holley's trick kit. Mine are old enough and been taken off enough that they aren't so good anymore. I'll check the accelerator pump out to. thanks.

then look at the accelerator pump, is there a 1/16 gap
on the actuator?, i am not sure if 1/16 is the actual number,
but it works.  
the hp should have reusable bowl gaskets, i have had mine
on/off several times with no leaking problems
