8 - Chrysler
1 - Newport (US) / Windsor (Canada) - non-wagon body style
4 - 1964 model year
3 - Jefferson Ave plant
223033 - 123,033rd car off the plant

No digits for engine size or body style appeared in the VIN prior to 1966 in
the U.S. Canadian 1965 VINs did have a digit for the body style. So the
above VIN would work for any Newport/Windsor 4-door sedan, 2-door hardtop,
4-door hardtop or convertible. But not a Town & Country wagon.

Supposed to be a '64 Chrysler Sedan, but that's all I know. And it might
not be accurate.
