Don,
 Start with removing all the trim around the headliner perimeter. Unhook
the headliner from the saw teeth around the front and rear window areas,
and down the sides as needed. So all the edges of the headliner should be
hanging loose, and I don't know for sure about the savoy, but remove any
lighting fixtures and visors too. The bows will flex when you move them,
but pull the front bow towards the rear of the car to "unlock" it to
release from the holders at the sides of the car's roof rail. Continue to
remove the other ones until you get to the last bow. The last bow should
have two retainer wires hooked onto the bow, and fit into the roof
structure. Unhook the wires from the bow, and remove the last bow and
headliner as one piece.  "Carefully" store the headliner and bows as an
assembly, because it helps to keep the bows in order, and not tearing a
good headliner by removing or reinstalling the bows in the fabric
sleeves. Don't loose track of those two wire retainers that hooked to the
last bow. 
Now all you have to do is figure out what to do with that old, dry,
crumbly, dusty insulation still half glued to the roof of the car.  Just
take it easy and remember you want to reuse the headliner, so don't tear
it!
