oil leakage

Well, the time has come to finally deal with my oil leaks!
the rear main seal I believe is the first culprit.
but on this last trip I was pushing the Poly pretty hard
and noticed a-lot of oil coming out the back side of the
intake and maybe where the oil sender screws in. also
one of the valve cover bolts has alot of leakage around it.
but what really bothers me is the oil appears to be spraying
or squirting out of these areas? I can understand the oil
sender area might do this but is there that much pressure
built up in the lifter valley that oil would spray out the back,
and even a little up front, from under the intake manifold?
this will be my third or forth attempt to seal the Wieand alu.
intake, so I would like to hear any tried and true methods for
getting this intake to seal up properly? I have a few sets of the
Offenhouser gaskets for the Poly so if someone can give me
a good step by step that has worked consistently maybe I can
figure out what I'm doing wrong. also, I have a brass T-fitting
under my oil sender for my oil pressure gauge that might be
leaking where it screws into the block any way to improve the
seal there or will just twisting it in tighter do it.
and thanks for any help on this stuff.
