I was going to try to tell you how to do it but the best idea is to go 
look at a double flare tool. The instructions are with it. You need the 
tool to do a double flare. They aren't too expensive and will last you 
forever if it's of fair quality. It's a better sealing end. It's a plain 
flair with the end bent inwards.
