thanks rob,
i have helped a couple guys adjust their "ebay specials",
almost always the butterflies and accelerator pumps
are not set right.
 the accelerator pump should have a gap between the
activating lever and the pump when idling,
(no gap means you are forcing fuel in at idle)
 
i know this is just common sense, but if people are
new to these things, there is a learning curve. 
 
the combination of all of these little adjustments will
cause these to either run like crap or better than anything
else.

Something that drove us crazy , was the small cork gaskets on the idle 
mixture screws...

They must be present and in good shape...or you might spend the better 
part of a day
pulling out your hair..
