Anyone know who the actual manufacturer of these is?  I am hearing a  fair 
amount about the aftermarket units, and I am hearing fairly good things in  
regard to fit, etc. I know there is at least to distributors of these manifolds  
presently, but anyone know who is making them? Any input is appreciated.   Lyle
