With stock parts this is probably true, the whole thing depends on how much  
weight you are hanging on the throws, with no weight on them, would not make 
any  difference on the RPM, but the more that your pistons and rod assemblies 
weigh,  the less RPM they can handle, and the forged will go to higher RPMs 
with more  weight on them and stay together longer
