    Just be glad that car is in Oregon.  I would  love to buy that car!  I 
see nothing wrong with that price if the car is in  as good of shape as you say. 
 I have a '65 500 with a 361 in it.   One of the best running cars I have, 
and I put a four barrel intake on it that  came off of a '64 383 that have.
