That sounds like a very fair price, especially considering you know the 
entire history of the car.  I've got a 361 in my '65 Coronet 500 
convertible.  It's a great engine.  I had it rebuilt to stock specs 
because I dream of putting a hemi in there someday.  While not a hot 440 
or stroker motor, the 361 has plenty of torque.  My only real complaint 
is that it runs out of steam at higher speeds/rpms.  Nothing a 4bbl 
wouldn't cure though.  I'd definitely recommend getting the car and 
saving up for a stroker big block.  But as is it will be a great driver.
