You can bend the steel inner wire around a bolt for the correct diameter loop. Since you have the entire cable, you can easily determine the overall length of the covering and the extra required for the wire portion. Mine was broken at the heater end and what I described was what I did. It was Doug Baker from this list that told me that trick. Let us know how you make out with the cable. Regards, K.
