 I spend a lot of time on the Moparts.com board. There has been a lot of 
discussion about crate Hemis. As stated by someone on this board, the engines are 
not assembled by Chrysler and there have been a lot of problems with the 
contractors. The jury is still out on whether the quality control issues have been 
resolved. Disassembly and re-assembly is recommended. A harsh judgment on the 
Mopar flagship.
