I think  now it depends on how rare the car is and
what region you live in. What we consider rusty in
Oklahoma and what someone in the NE considers rusty is
two different thngs. Even frame rails can be repaired.

I have to put floor pans in my Savoy but the rest is
OK. It also depends on how much time or money you want
to invest. If it's a rare car, someone will want to
save it usually.
