Make sure you install the shifter as far forward as you can (this will give you more room). The bend at the front is VERY tight. I'll be the guys at B&M are chevy people. Also, I have already (after about 50 miles) had to replace the cable because it melted near the headers. It was about 4 inches away, but that was too close. I think the cables are really junk. I called them and they said they didn't have anything that would take higher temperatures, they say you have to make a heat shield. I guess they figure people who use B&M shifters won't want to use headers.
