the old moroso had the sump about 1-1/2" further toward the front compared to the milodon, i just looked at the pic on the moroso sight, the sump has been completely redesigned, good for them! it looks like it wraps around your steering (to accomadate 66 and newer)

judging from the picture it should be a good fit, i would not rule out the notch though :-)
