I would send the crank out and have it ground so they are all the same.. 
Cost, less sending, assuming you could take it there, should be under 100 bucks and then it will be perfect. Far better than a production crank. 
I do all my Hi perfs  .001 under  by the way (aka low limits) 
Bearing clearances  for serious use should be .001 for each inch of shaft diameter at the minimum . 
Bearings should never touch the crank  but just ride around on  a nice schlimy smooth relatively cool film of oil.
