HI,

As Doug Baker already stated on the board my daughter and I drove from
Thunder Bay to New Hamburg for Moparfest last weekend.

Since we went to visit Doug and his family first we ended up driving 980
miles in 20 hours. As you might know, this was the first test for my
car and it was a great success. No mechanical difficulties at all.
This was the first trip ever that I carried spare parts. Fortunately, I
did not need them.

70 psi oil pressure at 65 mph and 25-30 at hot idle in gear. Very good.

In the week I put on 2300 miles and it averaged 21.4 mpg.

The folks at the show (1500 vehicles) were surprised that I drove it
instead of trailering the car. I told them that it was a road warrior
and not a trailer queen.

There were 4 64 Dodges in the show. 2 440 hardtops and 2 Polara
hardtops. All were Canadian cars.

All in all, it was a great weekend and I had a wonderful time with Doug
and his family and I had the opportunity to meet Scott Powell and Dan
(from NY with his 63 Fury Conv).

K.
