My 64 NewYorkers and my Dads Newport had the A/C vents on the top of the dash. Lay flat for defrost, kick up to blow at your face for A/C. Cant say I've ever seen factory air on a 64 Plymouth tho. My '56 Imperial had air that blew from the rear package tray forward. There's a brain freeze! As I recall, my '65 300 had dash vents. Maybe thats when it changed.

Guys,
There is a sweet 64 Fury for sale on Ebay (item number
4571856750) It has factory AC and a 4speed which is an
unusual combo. What struck me was the vents on the top
of the dsahboard for the AC. This is the first time I
have ever seen these types of funnel devices on a car.
Is this stock for all AC equipped cars?
Thanks
John
