After comparing the two, I'd say that's not the same part. I've seen the 
double fratzog part before though. I still think it goes up on the fender 
like I said before. I guess it just doesn't go on a 65 Dart.

Click on the top right photo.

Seems like the trim piece would go the length of the fender from the
headlight area to the door, but the trim piece is 32 1/4" long, which
seems short even for an A body. Maybe it connects to a second piece.
