Anyone have any use for some 361/413 Truck/Industrial parts?

A friend of mine parted an engine out and as some of the unique items 
available. 

These are truck "truck" parts. None of it changes over to the pass 
car/light truck engines.

Probably the coolest thing was the completely waterproof ignition.
