An imbalanced flywheel would cause more than a little vibration. Also, I 
seem to recall the bolt pattern for cast cranks being offset to make sure 
the imbalance is put in the right place. This would make it increasingly 
difficult (but not impossible) for you to have mismatched components.
Are you sure you don't have a miss? Driveshaft out of balance? Under what 
circumstances do you notice the vibration?

Good point Dave...no, the flywheel came from a swap meet, so what car
did it come from? ha ha, just kidding. I installed it 2 years ago not
even thinking if it would work ok. It works, but like I said, there's a
little vibration. Since the tranny and rear end have been swapped and
the vibration is still there, I'm guessing it's in the motor. I have
also had 3 different sets of wheels/tires on it. The motor is coming out
this winter though, for a fresh 426 as soon as I get it built, so I'll
check the flywheel then. Thanks for the info.
