Basically,its the forerunner of the Performer series of intakes. I have one 
for Mopar small block. The SP2P (single plane-2 plane) looks scarily(?)(sp) 
like a small block Performer intake. They have small(273-318) runners and 
ports to promote good air-fuel velocity and vaporization.

I saw an intake the other day for a big block.  It was an Edelbrock
SP2P.  It had very thin runners, much thinner than stock.  What is this
thing?
