Ebay is a scam.  Pure and simple.
I've watched parts go for insane amounts over and over again, yet when I 
list the same parts, I don't get crap.  Repeatedly.  When I see a price 
like this, somebody's scammin'.  Probably using their buddies to run the 
price up.
On the rare occasion I buy something for a decent price, I have 
problems.  I just bought a pair of Road Runner HP exhaust manifolds for 
$125, including shipping, from a guy three hours drive from here.  He's 
not happy with the final price.  He says he shipped them 11 days ago.  I 
won't get them, and one of his buddies will relist them under his own 
account.  This has happened to me before.

The worst part of it is, eBay has got everybody thinking their Mopar 
parts are golden.  I hate to say it, but the only affordable car to fix 
up is a Chevy.  I almost died when adding up what I have in my Plymouth, 
which is half done.  It shouldn't be this way.

I feel like I'm halfway across a rope bridge, and both ends are on fire. 
 I can confidently say eBay has done this, with a little help from 
auctions, like Barret-Jackson.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
