Gary, Feel around on top of the fuse block for a single spade terminal. It
has a single wire going to it, seems like it was yellow or orange. If it is
loose or off it might be causing your problem. HAND-----Red

The terminals that hold the fuses all light up a test lamp EXCEPT the
terminal that holds the instrument cluster fuse. So no power is at the
instrument cluster fuse, which means the bulbs in the instrument cluster
sure won't light up.

Any tips as to where to look next? An old guy with his feet at the
one-o-clock position and his head at seven o-clock position under the
dash is not a pretty sight, except maybe for a chiropractor. ;-)

Thanks,
Gary H.
