Brakes grabbing?

Does anyone have any ideas on why my front drivers side brakes want to pull 
the car left when I stop.  We replaced both brake drums recently and the 
shoes look good, cylinders not leaking, etc.  Thinking maybe I got some air 
in the other side (pass) brake line after it tees off, however the brakes in 
general feel firm.  Can the air in the brake lines cause one side to have a 
delayed action vs the drivers side which is closer to the MC?  This is on a 
'65 Dart GT with 9" front brakes.  Adjusting the brakes manually using star 
wheel only solves the problem temporarily, then back to drivers side locking 
up ahead of the pass side.  Thanks for any suggestions....
