I unfortunitly can't help with parts or pieces, but am glad no one was badly injured.  Side note:  
Tell me when driving a car became a right and not a responsibility?  In my opinion, you are behind the wheel of a plus 2500 lb bullet.  Be responsible, pay attention!  Your number one responsibility is to Drive, nothing else.  I don't even turn on the Radio more then half the time.  I guess I just love the sounds of the engine and exhaust too much.  I am only 36 and have been driving since 14.  I have been ticketed for various things, but always knew that I deserved it.  Speeding is speeding and sliding a stop sign is disobediance to a stop sign.  Law of average, I have by far gotten away with more then I've been caught, but I have yet to be the cause of an accident or involved in one where I was driving, unless you count me wrecking the car by over shooting an off ramp at high speeds or something ;-)
Thanks for letting me vent, but stories like this just discuss me.  ...and that 16 year old would've gotten some injuries...
