Back to the stall converter 3

Now I see where a guy uses a stall speed converter
that does not have a set stall speed. It varies
depending on the load.
That adds to the confusion.

What was the brand that was mentioned here? I
accidentally deleted the email insead of moving it to
another folder as intended.
