 Power steering does fit without any problem w/440 and MaxWedge exhaust.
Mine is in a '62 Sport Fury.
 I hignly recommend updating the "full time power steering" to "firm feel"
for better handling. It is about $275.
 There are several vendors around the country that can do it. Check the '62-
'65 vendor listing for someone in your area.
