RE: Roller painting



When I last read that thread, I even printed it out and took 
it home to read, I think the real key is learning how to get 
the thinning mixture right. The guy was real strong on using 
mineral sprits only. I even went down to Home Depot, and the 
guy at the paint counter told me he could get Rustolem in a base 
white, and mix any color I wanted. You have my interest up again. 
Of course it is to dog gone cold to paint in the garage here now.

My buddy, a body man, says he can't see it, but I'd sure give it a shot. 
I have painted a few bikes and have learned just enough to really screw up a
good paint job, but if I could roller a car and NOT have overspray on
eveything in the garage, I'd sure like to learn how! I'll do what you said
Earl, and paint the passenger's caved in door from the Polara when I replace
it before I try the car itself.
