block casting #s

Does anyone recognize these casting numbers,,,,,,,,,,,,they do  not make 
sense to me,,,,,,,,,,,,the #s should be for a 65 casting date the way I  decode 
them, and the A on the plate should also be for a 65, but not a  
440,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,am I missing something or is this seller just  wrong
