Re: Horn Ring 'died'

I pulled the wheel, and the rivets let go and the metal plate has come
loose. How can I fix it? If I can get the plate back on, can I re-peen
the rivets? or maybe drop on a dab JB Weld? Or should I send it out to
someone?
