Ma Mopar was big on dual point distributors. Plymouth 383s, at least through 
'64 had dual point distributors. After that I have no idea. For '63 and '64
Plymouth offered only the 330 hp motor with a 4 bbl. Dodge during that time
also offered a 2 bbl version of the 383. Don't remember the hp rating. 
Depending on the year you're rebuilding either one could be correct.
