Re: Newcomer to web site-63 Plymouth collector

Welcome Steve. Silly to travel a long way for parts ? No way. I have a 63 Sport Fury and its the Mopar I have wanted all my life so you could say I am very compulsive about my 63 Sport Fury. I have always loved the Max Wedge era cars and the 63 Ply is the one I have always wanted and now I do have one. Look around and you will se many 63's on the site and we will help with any questions you might have. Ron ----- Original Message ----- From: "Steve Hurst" <hurstmopar@xxxxxxxxx>

Subject: Newcomer to web site-63 Plymouth collector

Hello all,
I have been on the site for a few months and have really enjoyed the
information I have been receiving. There is a great amount of knowledge
and insight here. It is very much appreciated.

My love of my life (other than my wife and kids!) is a 2 door '63
Plymouth Savoy. I got my first one from my dad for graduation from high
school and I have been trying to replace it ever since. In the process,
I have collected many 63 Plymouths and just started working on "the one"
this year. My current running Mopar is a '62 Dodge Dart stationwagon
(orange!). My wife and I have been able to take it to several car shows
around the area, but it is just a driver and good transportation,
nothing fancy...yet!

My family says I am compulsive about '63s but I don't think so...it
isn't silly to travel hundreds of miles just to get a picture...is it??

Thanks everyone.
