Well, it was 2 1/2 years over schedule, but the 440 finally sits in the 
engine bay of my '64 Fury!  I was starting to think it would never 
happen.  Funny, it looks so much smaller in the car.  Now I've got to 
worry about wiping the cam out during break in...
