Bye bye Belvedere II!

Well, I sold my '65 Belvedere II 4 door. A friend of mine wanted it to
drive daily so he could give his '72 340 4 speed Cuda a rest. We had to swap
master cylinders (had to give up the one from my Burgandy Coronet) and then went
through 3 carbs before I found one that didn't pour out gas! It took
forever to get the fuel pumping...its amazing what happens when they sit. I wish
him luck since I had never driven farther than off the trailer this past
summer after it sat untouched in a junkyard for 7 years. I can't believe it but
he drove it home with RTV covering a hole in the radiator! I need to give him
a call and see if he made it home...I have my doubts!
