first bad ebay experience

Hi all,

I just wanted to share my first bad ebay experience
with a car I won.

The car was advertised "clear title"

I won the bid and wanted to get the car asap [ 1 hour away] and I have a trailer.

The guy lost the title and the dmv had no record of the car in the system.

I waited a week and backed out off the whole deal. I feel bad about this
but " clear" to me means title in hand.

Next time, I will make sure they physically have it.
