Starting in 68 Mopar used a special combination fuel filter/vapor
seperator on the Hemi's and 440's. They mounted down by the fuel pump
and had an extra fitting for running a 1/4" return line back to the
tank. These are still avaialable, I have an article here somewhere on
instaling one.

The part you need is a Vapor Separator P/N 867A available from The
Paddock for $69.95. You'll need to run a return line to the gas tank -
$64.95 - and install the sending unit that has both the suction and
return line - U114C (3/8" & 1/4") for $144.95.
