Yes that's correct...but....if you want to have all
new parts go to Scarebird.com and look at their
adapter plates which use the current spindles...they
also give very good directions and a cross matched
list of parts that can be purchased new from any
reliable parts house such as NAPA or others...The
total intall will run aroud 4 to 5 hundred (your
labor) and all of the parts are brand new...something
to think about.
